Let me avail the opportunity to be indulged in Contempt CJ is Hasan Bin
Sabbah, Judges are Hasheeshain, SC is amut fort, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa
is Takfeeri Maulana Sufi Muhammad in Supreme Court, Asif Khosa should also
decide about the piety and sagacity of Lawyers who accept hefty fees
"revoke the licence", CJ particularly that nincompoop Khosa should ban
woman (lawyers) entry without veil in SC if he talks of Islam, Judges are
more than welcome to the wonderful world of Religion, are there any Shia or
Barelvi judges? Many of the sitting Judges are followers of Sufism which is
itself a Bida'at of worst kind and in some cases reaches to Kufr, If the
Judiciary start using Religion against Politicians to strengthen their
Alleged Decisions then be ready to be judged,There isn't any Suo Moto
against Mass Level Grave Worshiping in Pakistan which is against Sunnah,
Either Hasba Bill was Islamic or CJ was heathen who gave decision against
Hasba Bill, The Alleged CJ who also think that he is Pious & Sagacious
keeps a Rosary Bead [no proof from Sunnah to keep a Rosary] Do you notice
that those Judges who talk of Quran & Sunnah lack Sunnah means prescribed
Beard. Pious & Sagacious Lawyers dancing on Indian Song, CJ and Justice
Khosa are sleeping Dances in Lahore Bar Asso http://youtu.be/4ksYjqu-Vno *Judge

COMMENT: Judicial hubris —Dr Mohammad Taqi Thursday, January 12, 2012
http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=2012%5C01%5C12%5Cstory_12-1-2012_pg3_2
In
a country reeling under the effects of radicalisation, the last thing
needed is the industrial-strength moral certitude and virtual proselytising
from the bench An old dictum states that summa ratio est quae pro religione
facit, meaning the best law is that which advances religion. At least that
is the impression one gets from the assorted pronouncements of the Supreme
Court (SC) of Pakistan in the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) 2007
case over the last two years. In his January 10, 2012 judgement regarding
the implementation of the previous SC decisions in the NRO case, honourable
Justice Asif Khosa wrote: "In the above mentioned backdrop the apparent
persistent, obstinate and contumacious resistance, failure or refusal of
the Chief Executive of the Federation, i.e. the Prime Minister to
completely obey, carry out or execute the directions issued by this Court
in the case of Dr Mobashir Hassan (supra) reflects, at least prima facie,
that he may not be an 'honest' person on account of his not being honest to
the oath of his office and seemingly he may not be an 'ameen' due to his
persistent betrayal of the trust reposed in him as a person responsible for
preserving, protecting and defending the Constitution and also on account
of allowing his personal political interest to influence his official
conduct and decisions." The honourable judge quoted at least five verses of
the Holy Quran to support his assertion.
