Shocked to read Home Minister's statement that all agencies believe it was not a fake encounter. 1. Encounters by definition can never be right. every encounter is wrong and fake. 2. Home Minister has not only not removed officers who have been strongly criticized by the court for falsely implicating innocent people and killing them in encounters, but the same team briefs him about the cases!!
