Delhi Government School Refuses to Pay Medicare Bills -  Paras a Class X student of Rajkiya Pratibha Vidyalaya sustained head injury on 29.11.2010 while he was in the school. He was first taken to Govt Trauma Centre and thereafter to Parmanand Hospital in unconscious state. He is on Ventilator since then and  his condition is still critical. Master Paras is allegedly pushed by other student in the school. His father is not alive and he is looked after by her poor mother. The hospital has given 1st medical bill of Rs.60,000/- about two days ago. Paras mother cannot afford to pay any money to the hospital and the Director of Education Delhi Govt as well as the school have declined to pay medical bills. When Paras has suffered head injury while in the school, it is the responsibility of the school to bear his entire medical expenses.
