The fourth session of the Forum on Minority Issues will focus on the following thematic: "Guaranteeing the rights of minority women" The Forum offers a unique opportunity for engagement and dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders to exchange experiences and good practices. The Forum is open to the participation of: -States -United Nations mechanisms, bodies and specialized agencies, funds and programmes -intergovernmental organizations -regional organizations and mechanisms in the field of human rights, -national human rights institutions and other relevant national bodies, -academics and experts on minority issues -non-governmental organizations.
