Sign Petition Demanding the Release of Kopa Kunjam

Dear Friends,

            As you all know, a statement demanding the immediate and unconditional release of social activist Kopa Kunjam from Dantewada, Chhattisgarh was endorsed by 60 organizations in India and internationally including Amnesty International USA, Association for India's Development (AID), People's Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL), Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan (MKSS), Peoples Union of Democratic Rights (PUDR) and National Alliance of Peoples' Movements (NAPM).

            Amnesty International USA has taken this campaign up along with us and has put out an on-line petition. Please sign the petition demanding the release of Kopa.

            Kopa's bail hearing is set for the 30th of Sept in the Supreme Court of India.
