We came to know about the harassment and domestic violence against smt. Neeta Modi resident of care of Late Munna lal Modi,Maskasat, Near Railway pulia, Itwari Nagpur Maharastra. Smt neeta Modi lost her husband Late Shri Sanjay Modi on 17th Oct. 2009,leaving behind two daughters aged 11 yrs and 6 yrs respectively. Now she is looking after her husbands hosiery shop named BOBBY HOSERY located in Digamber Radymade Store of S.N. Mall at Sitawardi main road nagpur maharastra Since the shop of Neeta Modi is in joint premises with her in-laws, therefore after the death of her husband her in-laws are now harassing, humiliating and threatening her to leave the shop and house and go back to her parents house. Being a simple housewife this shop is the only means of livelihood of her two little daughters. Suffering from domestic violence and conspiracy Smt. Neeta Modi is of the suspicion that her in laws will forcefully debar her from her shop and house and destroy her belongings and material of the shop. Therefore Prohibitionary, preventive and legal action should be immediately taken against the following in laws to stop them from conducting the further penal and heinous crime. 1.
