MP cabinet approves annual budget of Sarvashiksha Abhiyan PTI | 03:02 PM,Feb 09,2011  While endorsing the Right to Education Rules 2010, the Cabinet said these rules have been formulated for effective implementation of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Act 2009. Under the Act, children between six to 14 years of age have been given the right to free and compulsory education in the schools in their neighbourhood. These rules will come into effect from the day of their being published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette.
