Upon an oral request being made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi ('GNCTD') through its Secretary, Health Department is made a party Respondent in this petition. Amended memo of parties be filed before the next date of hearing.  2. Notice to the GNCTD. Mr. N. Waziri, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the GNCTD.  3. It is stated that the Petitioner who is six years old is suffering from a critical heart disease, i.e. there is a blockage in his heart. It is submitted that when he was taken to the All India Institute of Medical Science, the Petitioner's father was asked to deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- on 30th May 2011 the date given for operating upon the Petitioner. It is further stated that the Petitioner belongs to the economically weaker section of society and is not in a position to deposit the aforesaid sum.  4. The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Medical Superintendent, G.B. Pant Hospital, Delhi tomorrow, i.e. on 28th May 2011 at 10.00 am for a medical check-up. The Medical Superintendent ('MS') will make arrangements to have the Petitioner examined by a Senior Specialist/ Cardiologist and appropriate treatment will be given to him at the earliest free of cost. Compliance be reported to this Court by the MS on the next date of hearing.   5. List on 30th May 2011. A copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.  6.
