(7) Why the reservation in private sectors are not enforced while UPA 1 had promised to get it implemented? (8) Why the govt. is not enacting law to punish the officials who are responsible for not filling the reserved quota in their department ?(9) Why two kinds of education is being given in India,one for rich, other for poor- mostly Dalits?
