Railway Board permits Bhartiya Rail Dalit Mazdoor Association (BRDMA ) to hold meetings on Railway lands , community halls, railway institutes in 11 cities to welcome winning members of Parliament Vide Railway Board's letter No. 2009 /LML/18/II/Pt.II , New Delhi Dated 27.06.2014 . The letter is herewith attached for download . The first meeting is being held on 29.06.15 at Railway Indraprasth Community Center , North Eastern Railway , New Loco Colony , Lahartara , Varanasi . . 10 such kinds of meeting will be held over Indian Railway in Mumbai , Chennai , Hyderabad , Lucknow , Kolkata , Guwahati , New Delhi , Bilaspur , Jaipur and Bangalore .
