Majority not aware of Sexual Harassment at workplace legislation The Government of India is trying hard to tap the employers not adhering to the law pertaining to sexual harassment of women at workplace and a majority of the private sector is yet to have any awareness about the regulation. It has been proved by way of a recent survey made out on the compliance of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 has indicated that 97 per cent of the organisations are not aware about the law and its implementation.
