Jammu and Kashmir, RTI Activist , was physically assaulted by goons on his way back home , via mogul road in Jammu yesterday.

 According to his Facebook post a group of goons stop his  car and started abusing and started beating him with punches and kicks.  Heh got   several internal and external injuries. After filing a complaint in local Police Station, he was medically checked up and found visible injuries, scratches and internal injuries and fracture in his right shoulder (Clavicle).
Despite on the spot verification by Incharge Police Post Behramgala, statements of eyewitness and identifying the culprits, The Polic is delaying to register FIR, he said 

Ayaz Mughal has trained thousands of people & around the state about the use of RTI. He has written many articles on RTI and other socio-political issues. He has the privilege to be part of the movement responsible for the appointment of first Chief Information Commissioner of J&K State Information Commission.

It was conspiracy to render a loss to my life.
