We traced the origins of these policy statements back to the Bilderberg group and leading globalization figures such as Henry Kissinger, and posed the hypothesis that the crisis we are currently experiencing may just possibly be an engineered event designed to drive voting publics to exactly the conclusion that the global elites desire. In this concluding part, we examine some of the historical context for this hypothesis, and explore some of the connections between major players and key events in what seems to be emerging as the terminal phase of a concerted plan for world dominance. ____________ _________ _____ While there is evidence to suggest that a plan to institute a globalist New World Order has been in gestation for a long time, it can be convincingly argued that the terminal phase of the scheme was set in motion on September 11, 1990. On that date, then-President George H.W. Bush made his famous speech to a Joint Session of Congress, during which the term 'New World Order' entered the public lexicon. "We stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective--a new world order--can emerge: A new era--freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace. An era in which the nations of the world, east and west, north and south, can prosper and live in harmony." Laudable goals, if oddly dissonant in the context of the overall theme of the speech, in which Bush outlined his administration' s willingness to use military force to thwart Saddam Hussein's invasion of Kuwait. But what if there is more behind this rhetoric? What if, embedded in the noble rhetoric, there are code words, intended to convey a very specific message to those elites who have been prepared to receive them? The technique is quite ancient, dating back to at least the New Testament which used peshers, or codes designed to convey an overt or exoteric message to the masses, and a covert or esoteric message to the initiated. Fair enough, but what evidence do we have that Bush's speech contained code words intended to communicate to a secret community of the initiated? Who would such initiates be? The Council on Foreign Relations - An Invisible Government In None Dare Call It Conspiracy Gary Allen lays out the framework for one such community, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), which he describes as a tight network of industrialists, political players and financiers intent on the manipulation of events toward a one world government: "The C.F.R. has come to be known as 'The Establishment' , 'the invisible government' and 'the Rockefeller foreign office'. This semi-secret organization unquestionably has become the most influential group in America...[as of 1971] the formal membership in the C.F.R. is composed of close to 1500 of the most elite names in the worlds of government, labor, business, finance, communications, the foundations, and the academy - and...it has staffed almost every key position of every administration since those of FDR...". According to one manifesto published by the CFR, it is in favor of "building a new international order [which] must be responsive to world aspirations for peace, [and] for social and economic change...an international order...including states labeling themselves as 'Socialist'. " (Study No. 7, published by the C.F.R. on November 25, 1959). Allen says the term "international order" as used by the CFR is code for global government, and given the context of the study, such an interpretation would seem logical. A Thousand Points of Light Furthermore, it appears that George H.W. Bush, well-schooled in both codes (he served as CIA director, 1976-77) and occult terminology (as a member of Skull and Bones, class of '48) has used this technique before. On August 18, 1998, Bush accepted the nomination of the Republican party to be its presidential candidate. During his acceptance speech, he coined the term "a thousand points of light": This is America: the Knights of Columbus, the Grange, Hadassah, the Disabled American Veterans, the Order of Ahepa, the Business and Professional Women of America, the union hall, the Bible study group, LULAC, "Holy Name" -- a brilliant diversity spread like stars, like a thousand points of light in a broad and peaceful sky. According to the fundamentalist Christian site biblebelievers. org, "when George Bush referred to a 'Thousand Points of Light' in his speech...he was using the symbolic language and was referring to the body of initiates." Those who agree with this assessment suggest that the points of light refer to 'illuminated ones', or Illuminati. Another Christian site has developed a not conflicting, but slightly different assessment that also bears examination. The Cephas Ministry says it has discovered the meaning of the "thousand points of light" imagery: "The slogan describes the sky at night with all the stars. The Tranquility Lodge was chartered in outer space on the Moon, by the Grand Lodge of Texas. In 1969 Texas Grandmaster of Ancient and Free and Accepted Masons, Guy Smith, declared and authorized to claim territorial jurisdiction on the Moon. Eagle was the name of the module which housed Freemason Edwin Aldrin among others. There are 100 members in the Tranquility Lodge. It represents "Global Education." So...more globalism, this time with a link -- albeit tenuous -- to Freemasonry, which has endured its own accusations of conspiracy over the years. The Trilateral Commission: Son of Bilderberg From the CFR it's a small step to the Trilateral Commission, which shares the CFR's globalist agenda (as well as many of its members), and was founded by David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski in 1973. According to The August Review: "every U.S. administration since Carter has had top-level Trilateral Commission representation through the President or Vice-president, or both! It is important to note that Trilateral domination has transcended political parties: they dominated both the Republican and Democrat parties with equal aplomb". The CFR and Trilateral Commission, with their interlocking memberships, thus appear to hold highly compatible globalist worldviews, going so far as to seem virtually interchangeable. (See Trilateral Commission 2008 membership here and CFR membership as of August 2006, here. (Note also that the list of former CFR members is even more impressive.) Nor is it hard to find a connection between the CFR, Trilateralists and the Bilderberg Group. Just the list of those who hold a 'trifecta', or membership in all three organizations, is sufficient to demonstrate the groups' compatibility. But further, it turns out that the only real difference between the Bilderberger and the Trilateralists is a mild disagreement over whether to allow Japan into the club, with the Rockefeller/ U.S. wing of the Bilderbergers being certain enough that they should be invited that they created the Trilateral Commission as a kind of Bilderberg subsitute which could include Japan without upsetting more traditional (racist?) members of the European 'parent' club. Anointing U.S. Leaders for Years As mentioned earlier, the Bilderberg/Trilater al/CFR axis has insinuated itself into the democratic process so completely that it is next-to-impossible for a G8 leader to be elected without the blessing of one, both or all three entities. For example, veteran Bilderberg investigator Daniel Estulin insists that Bill Clinton was 'anointed' as the next president of the U.S. at the June 1991 Bilderberg Conference in Baden Baden, Germany: In 1991 Bill Clinton attended the Bilderberg Conference in Baden-Baden where Estulin asserts that he was "anointed" to the U.S. presidency, and shortly thereafter he took an unexpected, unannounced trip to Moscow. It appears, says Estulin, that he was sent there to get his KGB student-era, anti-Vietnam war files "buried" before he announced his candidacy for president which happened some two-and-a-half months later. Today, Clinton is a member of all three groups: Bilderberg, CFR, and TC. Hillary Clinton is a member of the Bilderberg Group. Estulin points out that "almost all of the presidential candidates for both parties have belonged to at least one of these organizations, many of the U.S. congressmen and senators, most major policy-making positions, especially in the field of foreign relations, much of the press, most of the leadership of the CIA, FBI, IRS, and many of the remaining governmental organizations in Washington. CFR members occupy nearly all White House cabinet positions." There are indications that this trend of CFR/Trilateral/ Bilderberg influence -- even domination of the U.S. political process -- has continued right up until today. The 2008 Bilderberg Conference was held on June 5, 2008 in Chantilly, Virginia, a suburb of Washington, D.C. As usual, there were no published minutes of the get-together, but the D.C. rumour mill ran wild with whispers of a Bilderberg-Obama- Hillary Clinton meeting. Given the fog of "non-denial denials" that ensued, we can't know for sure that Obama was 'anointed' as Bill Clinton was said to have been in 1991, but what is certain is that in the weeks and months immediately following the conference, former front-runner Hillary Clinton began to stumble and fade, while Barack Obama picked up a momentum that soon became unstoppable. Significantly, too, given what we discussed in Part 1 of this article about plans to leverage the financial crisis to further global integration objectives -- the economy was the key item on the '08 conference's agenda. Is Obama a Creature of the New World Order, Too? Certainly President Obama, for all that he is serving as an avatar of change in American politics, is inarguably an intimate of the CFR/Bilderberg/ Trilateral axis (as, of course, was Hillary, and even John McCain), as his documented and admitted alliance with Trilateral Commission founder Zbigniew Brzezinski makes clear. A trial balloon floated in the March 14, 2007 issue of The Economist first intimated the benefits of an Obama-Brzezinski partnership, and by August 2007, Brzezinski had endorsed Obama on Bloomberg TV and in the Washington Post. Two weeks later, the globalist kingpin spoke of the young presidential hopeful in glowing terms when he introduced himduring a speech at Ashford University in Ohio on September 12, 2007. Talking of his support for Obama, Brzezinski evoked the mantle of former presidents Woodrow Wilson, Harry Truman and John F. Kennedy Jr. "What makes Obama attractive to me," he said, "is that he understands that we live in a very different world where we have to relate to a variety of cultures and peoples." Since then, and as we touched upon in Part 1 of this article, a dizzying galaxy of Trilateralists and CFR acolytes have entered Obama's orbit, much as they did Jimmy Carter's after Brzezinski was named his National Security Advisor: Joe Biden (Bilderberg, CFR), Vice-President Rahm Emmanual (Bilderberg, CFR, Trilateral) Chief of Staff Hillary Clinton (Bilderberg, CFR), Secretary of State Timothy Geithner (Bilderberg, CFR, Trilateral), Treasury Secretary Gen. James L. Jones (CFR, Trilateral), National Security advisor Paul Volcker (Trilateral) , Chair, Economic Recovery Committee Adm. Dennis Blair (Trilateral) , Director of National Intelligence Lawrence Summers (Bilderberg, CFR, Trilateral), Chair, National Economic Council Eric Holder (CFR), Attorney-General Susan Rice (Trilateral) , Ambassador to U.N. Richard Holbrooke (Bilderberg, CFR, Trilateral), Envoy to Afghanistan and Pakistan George Mitchell (CFR, Bilderberg), Envoy to the Middle East . ...and the list goes on... So what it seems we have here is a picture starting to emerge of an Anglo-European elite comprised of the world's most powerful corporate figures, political and finance honchos, media power brokers and academic wizards, all focused on the goal of a one-world government, ostensibly for the purposes of enhancing peace and international stability, and who have installed their hand-selected candidates in leadership positions in some of the most powerful nations on earth -- and particularly concentrating on the U.S., the fount of the latest global economic crisis. Still, to the degree that they have a public face, the organizations these high-powered elites belong to claim to be acting in support of the most uplifting of goals: peace, harmony, increased interaction among all the peoples of the world. They argue that a single world government -- and increasingly in the last few months, a single economic structure -- would increase financial oversight, open the barriers to trade, and provide economic security for the world's underprivileged through greater leverage of institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. But...if they are so noble, why the code words? Why all the secrecy? And what are the next steps in this long-unfolding plan? What are the ultimate goals of these groups, if they succeed in their objectives? Next Steps in the Plan This is where the speculation begins to get really interesting, if at times tending toward the fringe. In the immediate term, some suggest that we will see a unified North America, complete with Euro-style currency, as a step towards global unification, with enforcement support provided by U.S. troops on U.S. soil. In the longer term, FEMA-run concentration camps for dissenters, integrated databases linking all holders of a unified identification system and identity chips planted sub-dermally.
