During this duration the fellows has to write/ published the individual self suffering/story for the prevention of torture and organized violence and highlighting the anti –torture bill in the main stream of media with special focus on model block and torture free village process in the context of institutional reform. As the project main focus on strong and well organized testimonial campaign contribute to eliminate impunity for perpetrator of torture in India by creating 50 torture free villages through model block process in two states of India Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
