Lucknow, 10, January 2016: Rihai Manch termed the termination of Magsaysay award winner social worker Sandeep Pandey by BHU administration in the mid session as fresh example of Sangh nourished intolerance against progressive values. Alleging the BHU administration for working as Sangh and BJP volunteer, Manch hold it to be precedent of academic decline in Modi regime.
In a press release Rihai Manch president Mohd. Shoeb said that by terminating an eminent Gandhian and rationalist faculty BHU administration has given clear signal that it does not want the rational and progressive thoughts to prosper. Its aim is to produce superstitious, fools and communal goons with Khaki half pants who can serve the anti national activities of Sangh.
"Allegation of beign Naxalite or anti national against Pandey and his termination is politically motivated" said Rihai Manch leader Rajeev Yadav. Terming it an attack on academic freedom he urged the chancellor of the university, President Pranab Mukherji to intervene into the matter and reinstate him. Rajeev Yadav said that since Modi govt. has assumed power in the centre, educational institutions are being cleared of those having different ideologies and Sangh and BJP volunteers are being installed in their place. He said that same strategy worked when Mr K.V. Suresh was appointed director of Indian Institute of Mass Communication. His only qualification is that he is member of Vivekanand Foundation among whose members are from administrative officer accused of organizing Gujrat massacre of Muslims to likes of Niripendra Mishra, a declared CIA agent. Rajeev Yadav said that an NGO India Foundation run by Shourya Doval son of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval is leading a campaign to blunt the intellectual asset of the country.
"It is a matter of investigation in itself that the organization of Shourya Doval manages the events at Medison Square during the America visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and at the same time organizes the meet of DGP level officers for the last two years." he said.
He alleged that strong lobbies of Sangh and foreign corporate capital are campaigning to mould the genius and intellectual power of our country according to their needs and whoever is a hurdle is being removed.
State secretary of Insaf Abhiyan and student leader of Allahabad University Dinesh Chaudhry said that it is ill-luck of an institution like BHU that it has got a vice chancellor like J.C. Tripathi who was a below average teacher of economics in Allahabad University and his own students didn't take him seriously. He said that Tripathi,s only qualification to become the vice chancellor of BHU is that he has been loyal to Sangh since long.

लखनऊ 10 जनवरी 2016। रिहाई मंच ने मैगसेसे पुरस्कार से सम्मानित सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता और बीएचयू के गेस्ट फैकेल्टी संदीप पांडे को बीच सत्र में बीएचयू प्रशासन द्वारा हटा दिए जाने को प्रगतिशील मूल्यों के प्रति संघ परिवार पोषित असहिष्णुता का ताजा उदाहरण बताया है। मंच ने इस पूरे प्रकरण पर बीएचयू प्रशासन पर संघ और भाजपा के स्वयंसेवक के बतौर काम करने का आरोप लगाते हुए इसे मोदी सरकार में एकेडमिक पतन की नजीर बताया है।
रिहाई मंच द्वारा जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति में मंच के अध्यक्ष मोहम्मद शुऐब ने कहा है कि संदीप पांडे जैसे प्रतिष्ठित गांधीवादी और तर्कवादी फैकेल्टी को हटा कर बीएचयू प्रशासन ने साफ कर दिया है कि वो किसी भी कीमत पर तार्किक और प्रगतिशील विचारों को पनपने नहीं देना चाहता। उसका मकसद बीएचयू जैसी संस्थान से सिर्फ अंधविश्वासी,लम्पट, साम्प्रदायिक और मूर्ख खाकी निक्करधारी छात्रों की खेप पैदा करना है जो संघ परिवार के देशविरोधी कार्यकलापों में आसानी से लग जाएं।
रिहाई मंच नेता राजीव यादव ने कहा है कि संदीप पांडे को हटाने का निर्णय राजनीतिक है जिसके तहत उन्हें नक्सली और राष्ट्र विरोधी गतिविधियों में लिप्त बताया गया है। उन्होंने इसे अकादमिक स्वतंत्रता पर हमला बताते हुए विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी से हस्तक्षेप कर उनको पुनः बहाल कराने की मांग की है। राजीव यादव ने कहा कि जब से मोदी सरकार सत्ता में आई है संघ के समाज विरोधी विचारधारा के विरोधियों को शैक्षणिक संस्थानों से हटा कर उनकी जगह संघ और भाजपा कार्यकताओं को बैठाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसी रणनीति के तहत इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट आॅफ माॅस कॅम्यूनिकेशन का डायरेक्टर के वी सुरेश को बना दिया गया है। जिनकी योग्यता महज इतनी है कि वे विवेकानंद फाउंडेशन के सदस्य हैं। जिसके सदस्यों में गुजरात के मुस्लिम विरोधी जनसंहार को आयोजित करने के आरोपी प्रशासनिक अधिकारी से लेकर नृपेंद्र मिश्रा जैसे घोषित सीआईए एजेंट जैसे लोग हैं। राजीव यादव ने कहा कि विवेकानंद फाउंडेशन से जुड़े रहे राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजित डोभाल के बेटे शौर्य डोभाल के निजी संगठन इंडिया
फाउंडेशन भी देश की बौद्धिक पूंजी को भोथरा करने का अभियान चलाए हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यह अपने आप में जांच का विषय है कि मोदी के अमरीका दौरे के दौरान मेडिसन स्कवायर पर भी शौर्य डोभाल की कम्पनी ही इवेंट मैनेज करते हैं और वही पिछले दो साल से देश की सुरक्षा पर डीजीपी स्तर के अधिकारियों के सम्मेलन को भी आयोजित करती ही। उन्होंने कहा कि संघ और विदेशी कारपोरेट पूंजी की बड़ी बड़ी लाॅबियां भारतीय मेधा और बौद्धिक शक्ति को अपने अनुरूप ढालने का अभियान चला रही हैं और इसमंे रोड़ा लगने वाले लोगों को जबरन हटा रही हैं।
वहीं इंसाफ अभियान के प्रदेश महासचिव और इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र नेता दिनेश चैधरी ने कहा कि बीएचयू जैसे विश्वविद्यालय का यह दुर्भाग्य है कि उसे जीसी त्रिपाठी जैसा वाइस चांस्लर मिला है जो इलाहाबाद विश्वविद्याालय के इकोनेमिक्स विभाग के औसत से भी कम दर्जे के शिक्षक रहे हैं जिन्हें उनके छात्र भी गम्भीरता से नहीं लेते थे। उन्होंने कहा कि जीसी त्रिपाठी सिर्फ संघ के पुराने कार्यकर्ता होने की पात्रता के कारण कुलपति बनाए गए हैं।
