चाहे हजारों जातियों को संगठित करना हो या दुनियाँ के मजदूरों को या विभिन्न संघों में छोटे-छोटे मतभेदों में बटे हुवे लोगों को इकट्ठा करने का सवाल हो! बाबा साहब डा. बी.आर.अम्बेडकर व मान्यवर कांसीराम साहब सभी को संगठित देखना चाहते थे, इसी में ही बहुजन समाज/मजदूरों/सर्वहारा/बेरोजगारों/आर्थिक या सामाजिक रूप से सताये गये जनसाधारण लोगों का भला निहित है, जिसके लिये बाबा साहब डा. बी.आर.अम्बेडकर व मान्यवर कांसीराम साहब ने रात और दिन कड़ी मेहनत की थी, श्री पलास जी आप बहुत अच्छा कार्य कर रहे हैं! जब आप अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं तो घबराने की कोई आवश्यकता प्रतीत नहीं होती है। ये लोग रास्ते के पत्थर हैं, जिनको लांघ कर लक्ष की ओर जाना ही उचित लगता है, बाबा साहब डा. बी.आर.अम्बेडकर व मान्यवर कांसीराम साहब को भी बहुत परेशानियाँ ऐसे लोगों के कारण झेलनी पड़ी थीं, दुनियाँ के मेहनतकश लोगों के नेतृत्व को भी उनकी आजादी की लड़ाई मे ऐसी ही मुसीबतों का सामना करना पड़ा था! घबराने की कोई आवश्यकता प्रतीत नहीं होती है। ज़य भीम! नमो बुद्धायः!

I am grateful that our people have begun to speak out.It is very important.Baba Saheb had a political agenda along with caste annihilation.He did everything to ensure constitutional safeguards to all excluded SC,ST,OBC and minority communities.But Ambedkarite ideology is not limited within politics and this is the base where from he could launch the much needed freedom struggle for excluded mute India with a vision for a classless exploitationless castefree society based on social justice and equality.He did always opted for academic logical language skipping the hate campaign.Only DR.BR Amebdkar could address the global problem of racial discrimination and his unprecedented fight was replicated in South Africa where the black people got freedom led by Nelson Mandela. Baba saheb did not get the much needed support from Bahujan Samaj,despite this he succeeded as he could understand Indian reality and had the most essential vision to execute changes. Unfortunately,the vested interests leading Bahujan India lacks the understanding and the vision.We are indulged in intense hate campaign along with infights inherent within so we may not fight either inherent racial inequality or the zionist corporate ethnic cleaning.
Baba saheb never engaged in fund araising and without any support or resources he contributed most.
While Gautam Buddha never did use political language at all but he was responsible for the first bloodless revolution.
We did fail to understand the Ambedkarite ideology andmovement.We failed to opt for Gautam Buddha`s sheel.
Manyavar Kanshiram established BAMCEF to launch a social cultural empowerment movement under Ambedkarite mission which has been blasted away by vested interests.
We are trying to collect all broken pieces and have to reformat the programme.It hurts the neo ruling class emerged within us which obstructs chnges whatsoever because this class has nothing to do with the freedom struggle or empowerment of excluded ,untuchable India under repression.
We are a bunch of activists and accepted the challenge.The bahujan business is quite revengeful to undermine this attempt.
We need greater support from the fractured bahujan samaj.
