Those who have not full faith in Indian Constitution, how they claim full rights and reservation from it?

Article 341 of Indian constitution of India is a PART of XVI dealing with SPECIAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO CERTAIN CLASSES. It starts with Article 330 and ends with Article 342. Actually, Muslims are now trying to get inserted in the Scheduled Caste ( Art. 341) and certainly they are not satisfied with their just Dalit status in Mandal Commission or Ranganath Mishra
People are in favor of support of all backward societies of the nation irrespective of religion, that support should be in form of helping them raise their competence rather than give them reservations and allow fanatics to subvert the peaceful majority.
Hence, all Hindus and nationalist Muslims should unite together to support a leader who does not succumb to gimmicks of appeasement by congress and other pro-Muslim parties. In any case and ensures welfare of the peaceful majority.

In Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and some other states in India, the Muslim and Christian OBCs are getting more facilities than the Hindu OBCs. And Muslims and Christian OBCs are gradually encroaching the facilities from the share of Hindus.
Baba Rambev succumb unnecessary pressure from Muslim pressure groups and equating a 'Dead hand of Islam', 'Brute Muhammad' or a 'Satanic Verses – Quran' with real Dharma (Virtue) and Darhshan (Philosophy) of Aryavarta-Bharat-Hindusthan. Does Baba Ramdev want to discard 14th chapter of Satyartha Prakash, where Swami Dyananda vehemently opposed the unreasonable, eccentric and unscientific Quran? Is Baba Ramdev is going to be another Swami Agnivesh?
A copy of Quran (with translation in Hindi) was offered to Baba Ramdev. To Muslims Quran is the final words for everything. Will BaBa be kicked off as Jogendra Nath Mondal, the lone Hindu Minister in Pakistan?
Instead of plainly supporting or opposing Baba Ramdevji, we just wish to share some points. Decision is with you. 1. Majority Hindus has supported Baba Ramdevji, and his Bharat Swabhiman Trust from the core of heart, by money and by becoming volunteers. His main force is Hindu Clan. Why he is wooing Muslims like all pseudo secular political parties?
2. To gain the support from Muslims, or to feel and to prove himself as the greatest secular compromising the interest of country's unity and integrity, Baba Ramdev is going to fight for Dalit Muslims and even Dalit Christians.
Baba Ramdevji is surprised to know that Article 341 doesn't give reservation to Dalit Muslims and Christians. Is it something that Baba Ramdevji, doesn't know about Minority commission?
Is it something that Baba Ramdevji doesn't know the root cause of partition of Hindusthan, the reservation policy on the basis of Religion?
Muslims and Christians already have special status in this secular country for being 'Minority' despite increasing population, now how can they demand the invasion in Hindu Dalit Reservation? And more surprisingly how can anybody support and fight for such demand?
What was and is the contribution of Muslims in the anti corruption movement by Baba Ramdevji as compared to Hindus?
Why can't Muslims contribute any movement just as an 'Indian Citizen'? Is doing something for the country is a favor on our motherland that Muslims want to be paid just for 'showing' the support to any cause?
And by this way are Muslims blackmailing now, just like they blackmailed Gandhiji and which resulted in the partition of the country with massacre of Hindus and rapes on Hindu women which is still continued in Pakistan?
Is it something that Baba Ramdevji has thought him more important than the country, just because he has served the country by Patanjali Yogapeeth being Yoga Guru/Legend by spreading the Pranayam and selling Ayurveda on which Hindus just not claimed any copy right?
We won't oppose if Baba Ramdevji would enter politics to fight with corruption or by any other desire, it is his choice after all, but here his behavior and people's reaction on his statements yesterday in All India Muslim United Morcha he has used and played with the emotions of common people who had trust and faith on him, who were ready to die for him in the name of a 'Saffron Sanyasi'. Is Baba Ramdev getting worst in spirituality and best in adjustability?
On which basis Baba Ramdevji has compared Puran, Vedas and Quran? Is it according the teachings of Arya Samaj and Swami Dayananda Saraswati? How does he compare a butcher like man with Lord Krishna and Lord Ram? Very shameful.
Last question is very important for us and all the patriot Hindus, "Will we ever get a spiritual leader who will fight for the justice of Hindus, for the Hindutva, just like Swami Vidyaranya became the kingmaker of Vijayanagar Empire during the worst Islamists' Invasions and remained as the mentor of the empire for the three generations?
Will we ever get a Spiritual leader like Samarth Ramdas Swami who made a king like Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj?
Will it not be a dawn again when the Sikh Khalsha will reign Bharat further under Gairik Dwajh (Saffron Flag)" ???

Muslims and Christians have ruled Bhaarat, therefore they must not be given any kind of reservation in Bhaarat. Schedule caste and other backward Hindu people have never ruled Bhaarat therefore only these people should be given reservation in some fields for a limited time.

आरक्षण समाप्त करना है तो आरक्षित वर्ग के वर्गद्रोही अफसर तत्काल बर्खास्त किये जायें!
भारत के संविधान के बारे में जानकारी रखने वाले सभी विद्वान जानते हैं कि हमारे संविधान के भाग तीन अनुच्छेद-14, 15 एवं 16 में जो कुछ कहा गया है, उसका साफ मतलब यही है कि धर्म, मूलवंश, जाति, लिंग या जन्मस्थान के आधार पर किसी भी नागरिक के साथ किया जाने वाला विभेद असंवैधानिक होगा| समानता के मौलिक अधिकार का उल्लंघन होगा| इस स्पष्ठ और कठोर प्रावधान के होते हुए अनुच्छेद 16 (4) में कहा गया है कि-
''इस अनुच्छेद (उक्त) की कोई बात राज्य (जिसे आम पाठकों की समझ के लिये सरकार कह सकते हैं, क्योंकि हमारे यहॉं पर प्रान्तों को भी राज्य कहा गया है|) को पिछड़े हुए नागरिकों के किसी वर्ग के पक्ष में, जिनका प्रतिनिधित्व राज्य की राय में राज्य के अधीन सेवाओं में पर्याप्त नहीं है, नियुक्तियों में या पदों के आरक्षण के लिए उपबन्ध करने से निवारित नहीं (रोकेगी नहीं) करेगी|'' उक्त प्रावधान को अनेकों बार हमारे देश की सर्वोच्च न्यायपालिका ने उचित और
न्याय संगत ठहराया है और साथ ही यह भी कहा है कि अनुच्छेद 14 से 16 में समानता की जो भावना संविधान में वर्णित है, वह तब ही पूरी हो सकती है, जबकि समाज के असमान लोगों के बीच समानता नहीं, बल्कि समान लोगों के बीच समानता का व्यवहार किया जावे|
इसी समानता के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने के लिये उक्त संवैधानिक प्रावधान में पिछड़े वर्ग लोगों को सरकारी सेवाओं में प्रतिनिधित्व प्रदान करने पर जोर दिया गया है|
संविधान निर्माताओं का इसके पीछे मूल ध्येय यही रहा था कि सरकारी सेवओं में हर वर्ग का समान प्रतिनिधित्व हो ताकि किसी भी वर्ग के साथ अन्याय नहीं हो या सकारात्मक रूप से कहें तो सबके साथ समान रूप से न्याय हो सके| क्योंकि इतिहास को देखने से उन्हें ज्ञात हुआ कि कालान्तर में वर्ग विशेष के लोगों का सत्ता एवं व्यवस्था पर लगातार वंशानुगत कब्जा रहने के कारण समाज का बहुत बड़ा तबका (जिसकी संख्या पिच्यासी फीसदी बताई जाती है) हर प्रकार से वंचित और तिरष्कृत कर दिया गया|
ऐसे हालातों में इन वंचित और पिछड़े वर्गों को सरकारी सेवाओं में प्रतिनिधित्व प्रदान करने की पवित्र सोच को अमलीजामा पहनाने के लिये अनुच्छेद 16 में उक्त उप अनुच्छेद (4) जोड़कर अजा, अजजा एवं अन्य पिछडा वर्ग के लोगों को नौकरियों में कम अंक प्राप्त करने पर भी आरक्षण के आधार पर नौकरी प्रदान की जाती रही हैं|
यदि आज के सन्दर्भ में देखें तो इसी संवैधानिक प्रावधान के कारण कथित रूप से 70 प्रतिशत से अधिक अंक पाने वाले अनारक्षित वर्ग के प्रत्याशियों को नौकरी नहीं मिलती, जबकि आरक्षित वर्ग में न्यूनतम निर्धारित अंक पाने वाले प्रत्याशी को 40 या 50 प्रतिशत या कम अंक अर्जित करने वालों को सरकारी नौकरी मिल जाती है|
अनराक्षित वर्ग के लोगों की राय में इस विभेद के चलते अनारक्षित वर्ग के लोगों, विशेषकर युवा वर्ग में भारी क्षोभ, आक्रोश तथा गुस्सा भी देखा जा सकता है| इसके बावजूद भी मेरा मानना है कि पूर्वाग्रही, अल्पज्ञानी, मनुवादी और कट्टरपंथियों को छोड़ दें तो उक्त प्रावधानों पर किसी भी निष्पक्ष, आजादी के पूर्व के घटनाक्रम का ज्ञान रखने वाले तथां संविधान के जानकार व्यक्ति कोई आपत्ति नहीं होनी चाहिये, क्योंकि इस प्रावधान में सरकारी सेवाओं में हर वर्ग का समान प्रतिनिधित्व स्थापित करने का न्यायसंगत प्रयास करने का पवित्र उद्देश्य अन्तर्हित है| परन्तु समस्या इस प्रावधान के अधूरेपन के कारण है|
मेरा विनम्र मत है कि उक्त प्रावधान पिछड़े वर्ग के लोगों को प्रतिनिधित्व देने के लिये निर्धारित योग्यताओं में छूट प्रदान करने सहित, विशेष उपबन्ध करने की वकालत तो करता है, लेकिन इन वर्गों का सही, संवेदनशील, अपने वर्ग के प्रति पूर्ण समर्पित एवं सशक्त प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित करने पर पूरी तरह से मौन है|
इस अनुच्छेद में या संविधान के अन्य किसी भी अनुच्छेद में कहीं भी इस बात की परोक्ष चर्चा तक नहीं की गयी है कि तुलनात्मक रूप से कम योग्य होकर भी अजा, अजजा एवं अ.पि.वर्ग में आरक्षण के आधार पर उच्च से उच्चतम पदों पर नौकरी पाने वाले ऐसे निष्ठुर, बेईमान और असंवेदनशील आरक्षित वर्ग के लोक सेवकों को भी क्या सरकारी सेवा में क्यों बने रहना चाहिये, जो सरकारी नौकरी पाने के बाद अपने वर्ग का प्रतिनिधित्व करना तो दूर अपने आचरण से अपने आपको अपने वर्ग का ही नहीं मानते?
मैं अजा एवं अजजा संगठनों के अखिल भारतीय परिसंघ (जिसके राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष डॉ. उदित राज हैं और इण्डियन जस्टिस पार्टी के भी अध्यक्ष है|) का राष्ट्रीय महासचिव रह चुका हूँ| अखिल भारतीय भील-मीणा संघर्ष मोर्चा मध्य प्रदेश का अध्यक्ष रहा हूँ| ऑल इण्डिया एसी एण्ड एसटी रेलवे एम्पलाईज एसोसिएशन में रतलाम मण्डल का कार्यकारी मण्डल अध्यक्ष रहा हूँ| अखिल भारतीय आदिवासी चेतना परिषद का परामर्शदाता रहा हूँ| वर्तमान में ऑल इण्डिया ट्राईबल रेलवे एम्पलाईज एसोसिएशन का राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष हूँ| इसके अलावा अजा, अजजा तथा अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के अनेक संगठनों और मंचों से भी प्रत्यक्ष या परोक्ष रूप से सम्बद्ध रहा हूँ|
इस दौरान मुझे हर कदम पर बार-बार यह अनुभव हुआ है कि आरक्षित वर्ग के मुश्किल से पॉंच प्रतिशत अफसरों को अपने वर्ग के नीचे के स्तर के कर्मचारियों तथा अपने वर्ग के आम लोगों के प्रति सच्ची सहानुभूति होती है| शेष पिच्यानवें फीसदी आरक्षित वर्ग के अफसर उच्च जाति के अनारक्षित अफसरों की तुलना में अपने वर्ग के प्रति असंवेदनशील, विद्वेषी, डरपोक होते हैं और अपने वर्ग से दूरी बनाकर रखते हैं| जिसके लिये उनके अपने अनेक प्रकार के तर्क-वितर्क या बहाने हो सकते हैं, जैसे उन्हें अपने वर्ग का ईमानदारी से प्रतिनिधित्व करने पर अनारक्षित वर्ग के उच्चाधिकारी उनके रिकार्ड को खराब कर देते हैं| इस बात में एक सीमा तक सच्चाई भी है, लेकिन इस सबके उपरान्त भी उक्त और अन्य सभी तर्क कम अंक पाकर भी आरक्षण के आधार पर नौकरी पाकर अपने वर्ग का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करने के अपराध को कम नहीं कर पाते हैं! क्योंकि सरकारी सेवा में ऐसे डरपोक लोगों के लिये कोई स्थान नहीं होता है, जो अपने कानूनी और संवैधानिक दायित्वों का ईमानदारी, निष्ठा और निर्भीकतापूर्वक निर्वहन नहीं कर सकते|
इस बारे में, मैं कुछ अन्य बातें भी स्पष्ट कर रहा हूँ-अजा एवं अजजा के अधिकतर ऐसे उच्च अफसर जिनके पास प्रशासनिक अधिकार होते हैं और जिनके पास अपने वर्ग को भला करने के पर्याप्त अधिकार होते हैं| अपने मूल गॉंव/निवास को छोड़कर सपरिवार सुविधासम्पन्न शहर या महानगरों में बस जाते हैं| गॉंवों में पोस्टिंग होने से बचने के लिये रिश्वत तक देते हैं और हर कीमत पर शहरों में जमें रहते हैं| अनेक अपनी जाति या वर्ग की पत्नी को त्याग देते हैं (तलाक नहीं देते) और अन्य उच्च जाति की हाई-फाई लड़की से गैर-कानूनी तरीके से विवाह रचा लेते हैं| अनारक्षित वर्ग के अफसरों की ही भॉंति कार, एसी, बंगला, फार्म हाऊस, हवाई यात्रा आदि साधन
जुटाना इनकी प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल हो जाते हैं|
ऐसे अफसरों द्वारा अपने आरक्षित वर्ग का सरकारी सेवा में संविधान की भावना के अनुसार प्रतिनिधित्व करना तो दूर, ये अपने वर्ग एवं अपने वर्ग के लोगों से दूरी बना लेते हैं और पूरी तरह से राजशाही का जीवन जीने के आदी हो जाते हैं| इस प्रकार के असंवेदनशील और वर्गद्रोही लोगों द्वारा अपने वर्ग का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करने पर भी, इनका सरकारी सेवा में बने रहना हर प्रकार से असंवैधानिक और गैर-कानूनी तो है ही, साथ ही संविधान के ही प्रकाश में पूरी तरह से
अलोकतान्त्रिक भी है| क्योंकि उक्त अनुच्छेद 16 के उप अनुच्छेद (4) में ऐसे लोगों को तुलनात्मक रूप से कम योग्य होने पर भी अपने वर्ग का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के एक मात्र संवैधानिक उद्देश्य से ही इन्हें सरकारी सेवा में अवसर प्रदान किया जाता है|
ऐसे में अपने वर्ग का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करके, अपने वर्ग से विश्वासघात करने वालों को सरकारी सेवा में बने रहने का कोई कानूनी या नैतिक औचित्य नहीं रह जाता है| इस माने में संविधान का उक्त उप अनुच्छेद आरक्षित वर्गों को सरकारी सेवाओं में प्रतिनिधित्व प्रदान करने की भावना को पूर्ण करने के मामले में अधूरा और असफल सिद्ध हुआ है| यही कारण है कि आज भी अजा एवं अजजा वर्ग लगातार पिछड़ता जा रहा है| जबकि सरकारी सेवाओं में आरक्षित वर्गों का सशक्त और संवेदनशील प्रतिनिधित्व प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से ही आरक्षित वर्ग के लोगों को पीढी दर पीढी आरक्षण प्रदान करने को न्याय संगत ठहराया गया है|
मेरा मानना है कि यदि इस सन्दर्भ में प्रारम्भ से ही संविधान में यह प्रावधान किया गया होता कि आरक्षण के आधार पर नौकरी पाने वाले लोगों को तब तक ही सेवा में बने रहने का हक होगा, जब तक कि वे अपने वर्ग का ईमानदारी से सरकारी सेवाओं में प्रतिनिधित्व करते रहेंगे, तो मैं समझता हूँ कि हर एक आरक्षित वर्ग का अफसर अपने वर्ग के प्रति हर तरह से संवेदनशील और समर्पित होता| जिससे आरक्षित वर्गों का उत्थान भी होता जो संविधान की अपेक्षा भी है और इस प्रकार से मोहन दास कर्मचन्दी गॉंधी द्वारा सैपरेट इलेक्ट्रोल के हक को छीनकर जबरन थोपे गये आरक्षण के अप्रिय प्रावधान से हम एक समय में जाकर हम मुक्त होने के लक्ष्य को भी हो भी हासिल कर पाते| जो वर्तमान में कहीं दूर तक नज़र नहीं आ रहा है!
अतः अब हर एक जागरूक और राष्ट्र भक्त मंच से मांग उठनी चाहिये कि जहॉं एक ओर आरक्षित वर्ग के अफसरों को सरकारी सेवाओं में अपने वर्ग का निर्भीकता पूर्वक प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिये अधिक सशक्त कानूनी संरक्षण प्रदान किया जावे| उनका रिकार्ड खराब करने वालों को दण्डित किया जावे और इसके उपरान्त भी आरक्षित वर्ग के अफसर यदि अपने वर्ग का निष्ठा, निर्भीकता और ईमानदारी से प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करते हैं तो ऐसे अफसरों को तत्काल सेवा से बर्खास्त किया जावे| यदि हम ऐसा प्रावधान नहीं बनवा पाते हैं तो आरक्षण को जरी रखकर आरक्षण के आधार पर कम योग्य लोगों को नौकरी देकर कथित रूप से राष्ट्र के विकास को अवरुद्ध करने और समाज में सौहार्द के स्थान पर वैमनस्यता का वातावरण पैदा करने को स्वीकार करने का कोई न्यायसंगत कारण या औचित्य नजर नहीं आता है|
अत: संविधान और संविधान द्वारा प्रदत्त सामाजिक न्याय की अवधारणा में विश्वाहस रखने वाले प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को चाहिये कि भारत सरकार को इस बात के लिये बाध्य किया जाये कि संविधान में इस बात का भी प्रावधान किया जावे कि आरक्षित वर्गों का सरकारी सेवाओं में प्रतिनिधित्व करने के उद्देश्य से अनारक्षित वर्ग के लोगों की तुलना में कमतर होकर भी आरक्षण के आधार पर नौकरी पाने वालों को पूर्ण समर्पण और संवेदनशीलता के साथ अपने वर्ग और अपने वर्ग के लोगों का सकारात्मक प्रतिनिधित्व करना चाहिये और ऐसा करने में असफल रहने वाले आरक्षित वर्ग के वर्गद्रोही अफसरों या कर्मचारियों को सरकारी सेवा से बर्खास्त करने की सिफारिश करने के लिये अजा और अजजा आयोगों का संवैधानिक रूप से सशक्त किया जाना चाहिये|
अन्यथा न तो कभी आरक्षण समाप्त होगा और न हीं आरक्षित वर्गों का सरकारी सेवाओं में संवैधानिक भावना के अनुसार सच्चा प्रतिनिधित्व ही स्थापित हो सकेगा|

All countries in the world are trying for peace, promote their culture, preserve their values and become strong by all means to protect their citizens except India. India's criminal politicians, corrupt bureaucrats and so called leaders are interested in appeasing our enemies who want to destroy the country from within. Reservation for anti national Muslims is one of the dangerous way to destroy our country from within.
Instead of rooting our Jihadi terrorism, subversive activities, internal social crises, our criminal, corrupt leaders are busy appeasing Jihadi terrorists. Failure to declare that Islam itself is not a threat to our culture, ethics, national integrity, and future, is undermining our ability to root out criminal terrorism and corruption. As a result, our country has become complacent about the issues that threaten our existence.
Dangerous way to destroy our country from within.
People are in favor of support of all backward societies of the nation irrespective of religion, that support should be in form of helping them raise their competence rather than give them reservations and allow fanatics to subvert the peaceful majority.
Hence, all Hindus and nationalist Muslims should unite together to support a leader who does not succumb to gimmicks of appeasement by congress and other pro-Muslim parties. In any case and ensures welfare of the peaceful majority.
Government welfare programs created to buy the votes of those who want someone to take care of them?
Japan does not have a welfare system. Work for it or do without.

See what I mean about the world having gone mad! What is it with these western countries and their bend-over-backwards attitude to please Muslims, why are the people allowing their governments to do so; don't they know what will happen to their lifestyle if this goes on?
